Hello From the Future!

I am posting this at 3:55pm on Monday, which is the time that I land in Tokyo. Except that 3:55pm Tokyo time was 11:55 last night pacific time. So right now in Tokyo, it’s 8:55 Tuesday morning. I’m in the future. I know who’s going to win all the Monday night baseball games. I’ve already called in my picks to my bookie. Woohoo! I’m going to be rich. And I’m not telling you what happens.

But seriously, I spent about a month one summer visiting my sister in Hong Kong, and one of my favorite memories of that trip was waking up Monday morning and watching the ESPN Sunday Night Baseball game live while I ate breakfast. I am a sick sick man.

I will tell you one thing about the future: The humans are dead!

In 1789, the governor of Australia granted land and some animals to James Ruse in an experiment to see how long it would take him to support himself. Within 15 months he had become self sufficient. The area is still known as Experiment Farm. This is my Experiment Farm to see how long it will take me to support myself by writing.
