News Blackout: Day 4

Things are going well.

I don't know who won the Cubs game last night and I'm ok with that. It was tempting to check last night, but I'm doing well today.

I did read an article about WaMu's potential collapse, but I made sure not to read any other headlines or links on the page by sliding that side of the window off the screen.

I did see in the elevator that they're going to re-release The Dark Knight in theaters in January.

I do think I'm getting more done and I'm finding the experience very interesting.

In 1789, the governor of Australia granted land and some animals to James Ruse in an experiment to see how long it would take him to support himself. Within 15 months he had become self sufficient. The area is still known as Experiment Farm. This is my Experiment Farm to see how long it will take me to support myself by writing.
