Shorts

I know a number of people working on Nanowrimo this month. Good luck to you! I wish I could be doing it too, but between the Great Puppet Bollywood Extravaganza and moving, it's just not in the cards. Too bad too, as I'd love to expand Dark House into something longer. As it is, I'll be lucky if I finish it as a short story.

As you read Dark House , please keep in mind that it is rough and will likely get revised when it is done. Writing is in the re-writing after all.

In 1789, the governor of Australia granted land and some animals to James Ruse in an experiment to see how long it would take him to support himself. Within 15 months he had become self sufficient. The area is still known as Experiment Farm. This is my Experiment Farm to see how long it will take me to support myself by writing.
