Stacy's Post

The discount at Stacy's in now up to 40%, or at least it was as of last Friday when I went in there. (I meant to post this sooner, but I've been too busy.)

The shelves are starting to look mostly bare:

More books I've purchased:

The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkein
As Luck Would Have It, by Joshua Piven
2009 Guid to U.S. Coins from Coin World
"Foiled Mini" and "Serpent Midi": two journals by PaperBlanks

They're due to close sometime in March. No specific date has been set. I assume it's when they run out of books. I hope to be able to run in there again today.

In 1789, the governor of Australia granted land and some animals to James Ruse in an experiment to see how long it would take him to support himself. Within 15 months he had become self sufficient. The area is still known as Experiment Farm. This is my Experiment Farm to see how long it will take me to support myself by writing.
