Kinect Hacking

No, this isn't going to tell you how to hack your Kinect, but I'm sure a quick googling will get you there.

People are, however, hacking the Kinect in all sorts of interesting ways, especially in the scientific community, for things like cheap 3-D teleconferencing. Here's an article from SFGate. And here's a couple videos:

In 1789, the governor of Australia granted land and some animals to James Ruse in an experiment to see how long it would take him to support himself. Within 15 months he had become self sufficient.
