Big Mess

The Big 12 Lives to Play On... For Now

So it looks like the Big 12 has survived to live another day. The Pac-12 says it doesn't want to expand, presumably because they don't want Oklahoma without Texas, but they don't want Texas with it's TV deal and Texas won't give it up.

Apparently Oklahoma doesn't want to go to the SEC and the Big Ten doesn't want them. The Pac-12 doesn't want them without Texas, and Oklahoma doesn't really want to stay in the Big 12 with Texas unless Texas restructures its TV deal. So anything could still happen, but for now nothing is.

In 1789, the governor of Australia granted land and some animals to James Ruse in an experiment to see how long it would take him to support himself. Within 15 months he had become self sufficient. The area is still known as Experiment Farm. This is my Experiment Farm to see how long it will take me to support myself by writing.
